MUSIC
I started playing the acoustic guitar when i was 17, and 8 months later, while i was in the U.S.C.G., I can still remember the night when i thought I had finally mastered a song...I went into our rec-room and asked if I could "entertain" a bit...being told to go ahead..LOL..I began strumming and sang out House of the Rising Sun...with my eyes closed and putting all i had into it, only to find at the end that everyone had quietly left and closed the rec-room door! {rotf}. This only redoubled my determination to become the "master musician", and by 1977-78 began to compose my own songs, and today I perform these live over the internet for the wonderful people I've met online. And I thank all who have listened (rotf), for "being there" at the song(s) end..instead of "closing the door."

While I still write songs, as of March, 1998, I had to give up playing professionally due to physical complications.
